The short version: This website doesn't track you, doesn't run ads, and doesn't sell anyone's data. The only personal information we receive is what you choose to send us — for example, when you email our support address.

This policy explains how Vivbase LLC ("Vivbase", "we", "us") handles information in connection with our company website at vivbase.com.
Each Vivbase product has its own, separate privacy policy that governs how that product handles your data. For example, SeekerMail is local-first — your mail and attachments stay on your own device — and its full policy lives on seekermail.com. If you use a product, read that product's policy too.
What we collect on this website
Almost nothing automatically. This is largely a static marketing site, and we don't use advertising or cross-site tracking technology. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested) for a short time to keep the site secure and working. We don't use those logs to build a profile of you or to identify you personally.
If we ever add analytics, we'll choose a privacy-respecting option and update this page to say so.
When you contact us
If you email support@vivbase.com, we receive your email address and whatever you write. We use that information only to respond and to help you. We won't add you to a marketing list without asking first.
What we never do
- We never sell or rent your personal information.
- We never show third-party advertising on this site.
- We never train AI models on your private content.
